Privacy Policy

RoyaleFolio uses Roblox to sign you in - there is no separate RoyaleFolio password to create or store. When you sign in, Roblox shares your Roblox user ID, username, display name, and avatar image with us, and we store those to run your profile. We never see or store your Roblox password.

Depending on which features you use, RoyaleFolio may store:

• A short bio, if you choose to write one
• Outfits you build, and which items are in them
• Trade log entries, including any screenshots you upload
• Avatar rating ("Rate My Fit") photos, captions, ratings, and comments
• Suggestions and comments posted to the suggestions board
• Your wishlist
• Site feedback you send us, including optional screenshots
• A ban appeal message, if your account is ever banned

Images you upload are automatically stripped of hidden metadata (such as location data) before storage.

Outfits and avatar rating posts are public the moment they're created (they go through automated moderation first - see below). Your bio and wishlist are public by default, though wishlist visibility can be turned off. Trade log entries, and anything held for moderation or rejected, are always private to you and to the moderation team - they are never shown to other regular users.

Text you post (comments, suggestions, outfit names, your bio) and images you upload (avatar rating posts, outfit screenshots) are automatically screened for policy violations before they're stored or shown to anyone else. Content that gets flagged is stored privately rather than discarded, so you can review and appeal the decision - it is only ever seen by you and the moderation team.

Each time you sign in, RoyaleFolio records the IP address, an approximate country, and browser/device info. This exists purely as a security and abuse-prevention measure, and is only visible to site staff - it is never shown to regular users.

RoyaleFolio runs on third-party hosting and storage providers to keep the site up and your data safe, and uses an automated service to help screen posted content. We don't sell your data, and we don't use any advertising or analytics trackers.

RoyaleFolio sets a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

Deleted outfits, comments, suggestions, and avatar rating posts are held for 30 days (in case a deletion needs to be reversed, e.g. after a moderation dispute) before being permanently removed. Your account data is kept for as long as your account exists.

• You can delete your own outfits, trade log entries, comments, and suggestions at any time
• You can turn off wishlist visibility at any time
• You can request that your account and its data be deleted entirely by reaching out through the feedback form

RoyaleFolio doesn't independently verify age - it relies on Roblox's own account eligibility rules. If you're not eligible to hold a Roblox account, please don't use this site.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
